EN 16069:2012+A1:2015標準范圍
The EN 16069:2012+A1:2015 European Standard specifies the requirement for factory made polyethylene foam (PEF) products, with or without facing or coating, which are used for thermal insulation of buildings. The products are manufactured in the form of boards or rolls or other preformed ware.
This standard describes product characteristic and includes procedure for testing, evaluation of conformity, marking and labeling.

PEF聚乙烯泡沫CE認證體系及強制時間
PEF聚乙烯泡沫保溫材料CE認證在歐盟建筑產品CPR法規指導下，根據EN 16069:2012+A1:2015協調標準采用體系1或者3進行測試認證。EN 16069歐盟CE認證必須由歐盟委員會認可的具備資質能力的歐盟公告號機構(Notified Body)進行測試或認證。EN 16069 PEF聚乙烯泡沫產品CE認證從2015年07月10日協調，2016年07月10日開始強制實施，緩沖期一年。

從2013年7月1日起，歐盟頒布的建筑產品CPR法規(Construction Product Regulation簡稱305/2011/EU-CPR法規)將全面取代原來的建筑產品CPD指令(Construction Product Directive簡稱89/106/EEC-CPD指令)，歐盟CPR法規將對CE認證要求更加嚴格。
