歐盟公告NB機構&TAB機構-TSUS(NB1301)歐盟強制CE認證及ETA認證

√ 歐盟公告NB機構 & TAB機構－TSUS(NB1301)介紹
TSUS ((TECHNICKY A SKUAOBNY USTAV STAVEBNY, N.O.Slovakia的簡稱)。TSUS國家實驗室被歐盟官方組織授權為歐盟認可公告號機構，其歐盟公告號為1301(Notified Body 1301-NB1301)。TSUS實驗室是歐盟著名建材CE認證公告號機構之一。TSUS實驗室致力于建筑產品及結構的測試、認證、評估服務，以保證其性能達到歐盟市場及歐盟法規法律的要求。
TSUS同時也是ETA(European Technical Approval)的認證委員之一，可以根據相關法規來簽發ETA證書。

√ 歐盟CE認證對實驗室的要求
CPR法規下CE認證必須在歐盟公告號實驗室進行測試認證，由歐盟公告號實驗室測試及發證。從2013年7月1日起，歐盟建筑產品CPR法規（No.305/2011/EU-CPR）已取代舊的歐盟建筑產品CPD指令（89/106/EEC-CPD），CPR法規后對建筑產品CE認證的要求更加嚴格。

EN50575:2014+A1:2016：標準是對電力、控制和通信電纜、光纜在建筑施工期間要符合防火性要求。
EN 13501-6：建筑產品和部件燃燒性能的分類，根據燃燒試驗反應的試驗數據對電線電纜防火等級分類
EN 50399：著火條件下電纜的通用試驗，火焰蔓延試驗中測量熱釋放量和冒煙量－測試儀器、程序和結果。
EN 60332-1-2：單根絕緣電線或電纜在火焰條件下的垂直燃燒測試

√ 注意事項
歐盟所有公告號實驗室都可以頒發其能力范圍的CE證書，在歐盟范圍內都具有同等的權威性。
每個NB歐盟公告號都有自己的測試認證能力范圍，并不是每個歐盟公告號可以做所有的測試及認證。

√ 加貼CE標志
CE 標志應明顯、清晰且不易磨損地貼在建筑產品或附在其卷標上。如果由于產品的性質而無法或不能保證，則應將其貼在包裝或隨附的文件上。CE 標志表示制造商負責產品與DOP的一致性。

ETA認證是在歐盟CE建筑產品法規Construction Products Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011背景下的輔助認證模式，歐盟CE認證目的是解除歐洲對于建筑建材產品的不同標準而可能導致的技術壁壘。當一個建筑產品于歐盟CE建筑產品法規之下沒有對應的產品安全標準時，可以用ETA認證的方式來符合歐盟的法規。
