SPC地板EN14041認證/石塑地板歐盟CE認證

EN 14041 SPC地板CE認證——適用范圍
This European Standard specifies the essential characteristics for the following types of floor coverings:
— resilient floor coverings, excluding loose-laid mats;
— textile floor coverings, excluding loose-laid (barrier) mats, runners and rugs;
— laminate floor coverings;
— modular multilayer floor coverings.
This standard does not cover installation or maintenance of the floor coverings.
EN 14041 SPC地板CE認證——認證體系及強制時間
從2013年7月1日起，歐盟頒布的建筑產(chǎn)品CPR法規(guī)(Construction Product Regulation簡稱305/2011/EU-CPR法規(guī))將全面取代原來的建筑產(chǎn)品CPD指令(Construction Product Directive簡稱89/106/EEC-CPD指令)，歐盟CPR法規(guī)將對CE認證要求更加嚴格。
在CPR法規(guī)的指導下，EN14041協(xié)調(diào)標準采用體系3或體系1進行測試認證，且必須由歐盟委員會認可的具備資質(zhì)能力的歐盟公告號機構(Notified Body)進行測試并簽發(fā)證書。EN14041 SPC地板CE認證從2007年01月01日協(xié)調(diào)并強制實施。
