EN 14308:2009+A1:2013標準范圍
The EN14308 European Standard specifies the requirement for factory made rigid polyurethane foam (PUR) and polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) products, with a closed cell content not less than 90%, with or without facing, which are used for the thermal insulation of building equipment and industrial installations, with an operating temperature range of approximately, -200℃ to +200℃.

PUR及PIR泡沫產品CE認證體系及強制時間
聚氨酯泡沫(PUR)及聚異氰脲酸酯(PIR)產品CE認證在歐盟建筑產品CPR法規指導下，根據EN14308:2009+A1:2013協調標準采用體系1或者3進行測試認證。EN14308歐盟CE認證必須由歐盟委員會認可的具備資質能力的歐盟公告號機構(Notified Body)進行測試或認證。EN 14308 PUR及PIR泡沫產品CE認證從2013年11月1日強制實施。

從2013年7月1日起，歐盟頒布的建筑產品CPR法規(Construction Product Regulation簡稱305/2011/EU-CPR法規)將全面取代原來的建筑產品CPD指令(Construction Product Directive簡稱89/106/EEC-CPD指令)，歐盟CPR法規將對CE認證要求更加嚴格。
