EN 16069保溫材料CE認(rèn)證——適用范圍
This European Standard specifies the requirements for factory made polyethylene foam (PEF) products, with or without facings or coatings, which are used for thermal insulation of buildings. The products are manufactured in the form of boards or rolls or other preformed ware.
Products with a declared thermal resistance lower than 0.5 m2·K/W or a declared thermal conductivity greater than 0.050 W/(m·K) at 10℃ are not covered by this Standard.
This standard does not cover in situ insulation products and products intended to be used for the insulation of building equipment and industrial installations (covered by EN 14313). Further excluded are non-foamed materials such as bubble films, foils etc.

從2013年7月1日起，歐盟頒布的建筑產(chǎn)品CPR法規(guī)(Construction Product Regulation簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)305/2011/EU-CPR法規(guī))將全面取代原來(lái)的建筑產(chǎn)品CPD指令(Construction Product Directive簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)89/106/EEC-CPD指令)，歐盟CPR法規(guī)將對(duì)CE認(rèn)證要求更加嚴(yán)格。
在CPR法規(guī)的指導(dǎo)下，EN16069協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采用體系1或者體系3進(jìn)行測(cè)試認(rèn)證，且必須由歐盟委員會(huì)認(rèn)可的具備資質(zhì)能力的歐盟公告號(hào)機(jī)構(gòu)(Notified Body)進(jìn)行測(cè)試或認(rèn)證。EN16069保溫材料CE認(rèn)證從2015年07月10日協(xié)調(diào)，2016年07月10日開(kāi)始強(qiáng)制實(shí)施，緩沖期一年。
