橡塑保溫板/管(FEF)歐盟CE認證–EN14304認證產品范圍
EN14304歐洲標準規定了工廠制造的柔性彈性泡沫產品的要求，這些產品用于工作溫度在-200℃至+175℃范圍內的建筑設備和工業裝置的隔熱。注：在-50°C的工作溫度下，應進行產品在預期應用中的適用性試驗。在任何情況下都應注意制造商的建議。
產品以薄板、管、卷和膠帶的形式制造，有或沒有涂層和自粘背襯和/或不同的封閉系統。
EN14304標準涵蓋的產品也用于預制隔熱系統和復合材料面板；不包括包含這些產品的系統的性能。
不包括在10“C溫度下宣稱導熱系數大于0.050W/（m-K）的產品，不包括建筑結構隔熱產品。
This European Standard specifies the requirements for factory made flexible elastomeric foam products which are used for the thermal insulation of building equipment and industrial installations with an operating temperature in the range of approximately - 200 °C to + 175 °C.
Below an operating temperature of - 50 °C, tests regarding the suitability of the products in the intended application should be performed. Manufacturer's advice should be heeded in all cases.

FEF柔性彈性泡沫CE認證（橡塑發泡保溫產品CE認證）在歐盟建筑產品CPR法規指導下，根據EN14304:2015協調標準采用體系1或者3進行測試認證。EN14304歐盟CE認證必須由歐盟委員會認可的具備資質能力的歐盟公告號機構(Notified Body)進行測試及認證。EN 14304 FEF柔性彈性發泡材料CE認證從2013年11月1日強制實施。

2、確定歐洲產品指令，柔性橡膠發泡材料需符合新的歐盟建筑產品法規CPR 305/2011/EU

4、根據CPR指令和協調標準EN 14304進行測試評估，歐盟公告認證機構根據認證體系3進行測試認證
5、獲得由歐盟公告機構頒發的測試報告和證書
6、發放產品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)
7、在產品包裝上加貼帶公告機構編碼的CE標志
8、在歐洲市場自由銷售
