EN15651-1標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用范圍
This EN15651-1 European Standard specifies definitions and requirements for non-structural facade sealants intended for sealing exterior wall joints, window and door perimeter joints in building construction, including the interior face.
EN15651-1標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了用于連接在建筑物的封閉外墻、窗戶和門周邊的表面基底用密封膠的要求。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于內(nèi)墻和油性填補(bǔ)劑的非結(jié)構(gòu)性的密封膠。

This document is one of the product European Standards within the framework series of EN 15651 on sealants for non-structural use in joints in buildings and pedestrian walkways, as follow:
-Part 1: Sealants for facade elements,
-Part 2: Sealants for glazing,
-Part 3: Sealants for sanitary joints,
-Part 4: Sealants for pedestrian walkways,
-Part 5: Assessment and verification of constancy of performance, marking and labeling.

EN 15651-1密封膠CE認(rèn)證流程

1、確定需要認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品類型，提交申請(qǐng)
2、確定歐洲建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)，建筑用密封膠需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CRP 305/2011/EU
3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，建筑密封膠需符合協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 15651-1
4、根據(jù)CPR法規(guī)和協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 15651-1進(jìn)行測(cè)試評(píng)估，歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)根據(jù)認(rèn)證體系1或者體系3進(jìn)行（根據(jù)是否使用阻燃劑及防火等級(jí)的要求）
5、獲得由歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的測(cè)試報(bào)告和證書 (如果根據(jù)體系1認(rèn)證需工廠審查)
6、產(chǎn)品DoP文件
7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)編碼的CE標(biāo)志
8、在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷售

EN 15651-1密封膠CE認(rèn)證性能要求

防火性能Reaction to fire：
根據(jù)EN13501-1進(jìn)行測(cè)定評(píng)估，防火等級(jí)為A1, A2, B, C, D, E, F，(根據(jù)EN ISO 11925-2和EN ISO 13823標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行測(cè)試)
（產(chǎn)品用于防火用途，如果產(chǎn)品使用阻燃劑以提高產(chǎn)品性能，需要根據(jù)體系1進(jìn)行認(rèn)證，否則根據(jù)認(rèn)證體系3由公告機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行測(cè)試認(rèn)證）

EN 15651-1 Clause 4.3.1: Resistance to flow 抗流動(dòng)，根據(jù)EN ISO 7390進(jìn)行測(cè)定
EN 15651-1 Clause 4.3.1: Loss of Volume 體積損失，根據(jù)EN ISO 10563進(jìn)行測(cè)定
EN 15651-1 Clause 4.3.1: Tensile Properties 拉伸性能，根據(jù)EN ISO 10591進(jìn)行測(cè)定
EN 15651-1 Clause 4.3.2: Tensile properties 拉伸性能，根據(jù)EN ISO 8339進(jìn)行測(cè)定
