Scope：This document specifies definitions and characteristics of flexible plastic and rubber sheets which are intended to be used as damp proofing for buildings, including basement tanking. It specifies the requirements and test methods, and provides for the evaluation of conformity of the products with the requirements of this standard.

柔性防水板CE認證-EN 13967-認證流程：

1、確定需要認證的產品類型，提交申請
2、確定歐洲產品指令，柔性防水板需符合新的歐盟建筑產品法規CRP 305/2011/EU
3、確定歐洲協調標準，柔性防水板需符合協調標準EN 13967
4、根據CPR指令和協調標準EN 13967進行測試評估，歐盟公告機構根據認證體系1或者體系3進行(體系1認證需工廠審查，并進行產品認證)
5、獲得由歐盟公告機構辦法的測試報告和證書

防火性能Reaction to fire：
根據EN13501-1進行測定評估，防火等級為A, B, C, D, E, F，(根據ISO 11925-2和EN 13823標準進行測試)（產品用于防火用途，如果產品使用阻燃劑以提高產品性能，需要根據體系1進行認證，否則根據認證體系3由公告機構NB1301進行測試認證）
