EN 1504-3混凝土部分結構及非結構修復CE認證標準適用范圍
EN 1504-3 This European Standard specifies requirements for identification, performance (including durability) and safety of products and systems to be used for the structural and non-structral repair of concrete structures.

This European Standard covers repair mortars and concretes, possibly used in conjunction with other products and systems, to restore and/or to replace defective concrete and to protect reinforcement, necessary to extend the service life of a concrete structure exhibiting deterioration. The fields of application covered are in accordance with ENV 150-9 as follows

EN1504-3-混凝土結構保護和修復產品CE認證-認證流程：
1、確定需要認證的產品類型，提交申請
2、確定歐洲產品指令，混凝土表面保護產品需符合新的歐盟建筑產品法規CRP305/2011/EU
3、確定歐洲協調標準，混凝土表面保護產品需符合協調標準EN1504-3
4、根據CPR指令和協調標準EN1504-2進行測試評估，歐盟公告機構根據認證體系1，體系2，體系3或體系4進行測試認證。
5、獲得由歐盟公告機構辦法的測試報告和證書(如果根據體系1或者體系2認證需工廠審查)
6、發放產品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)
7、在產品包裝上加貼帶公告機構編碼的CE標志
8、在歐洲市場自由銷售

從2013年7月1日起，歐盟頒布的建筑產品CPR法規(Construction Product Regulation簡稱305/2011/EU-CPR法規)將全面取代原來的建筑產品CPD指令(Construction Product Directive簡稱CPD指令)，歐盟305/2011/EU-CPR法規將對建筑產品CE認證的要求更加嚴格。
