EN 14889-2合成纖維CE認證——認證體系及強制時間
從2013年7月1日起，歐盟頒布的建筑產品CPR法規(Construction Product Regulation簡稱305/2011/EU-CPR法規)將全面取代原來的建筑產品CPD指令(Construction Product Directive簡稱89/106/EEC-CPD指令)，歐盟CPR法規將對CE認證要求更加嚴格。
在CPR法規的指導下，EN14889-2協調標準采用體系3或者體系1進行測試認證，且必須由歐盟委員會認可的具備資質能力的歐盟公告號機構(Notified Body)進行測試并簽發證書。EN14889-2聚合物纖維CE認證從2007年06月01日協調并強制實施。

EN 14889-2合成纖維CE認證——適用范圍
This European Standard specifies requirements for polymer fibers for structural or non-structural use in concrete mortar and grout.
Note: Structural use of fibers is where the addition of fibers is designed to contribute to the load bearing capacity of a concrete element. This standard covers fibers intended for use in all types of concrete and mortar, including sprayed concrete, flooring, precast, in-situ and repair concretes.
