建筑用防水材料進入歐盟市場銷售與流通需要在歐盟CPR法規的指導下強制進行CE認證，

1. 標準名稱—EN 14695:2010 (混凝土道路用防水瀝青板CE認證)
EN 14695:2010 Flexible sheets for waterproofing-Reinforced bitumen sheets for waterproofing of concrete bridge decks and other concrete-Definitions and characteristics.
EN 14695:2010 防水用柔性薄板－混凝土橋面和其它混凝土交通區域的防水用加固瀝青板-定義及特性。
2. 混凝土道路用防水瀝青板CE認證強制時間
2011年1月10日起，所有在歐盟市場銷售的混凝土橋面和其它混凝土交通區域的防水用加固瀝青板都必須經過CE認證，其產品加貼CE標識，才能在市場范圍內銷售。混凝土道路用防水瀝青板CE認證根據EN 14695:2010標準進行認證。
3. 防水材料CE認證產品認證法規及體系
防水材料CE認證根據歐盟建筑產品法規CPR: No.305/2011/EU-CPR，采用體系2+產品認證體系。防水材料具體測試認證，請聯系南京睿督公司。從2013年7月1日起，歐盟頒布的建筑產品CPR法規(Construction Product Regulation簡稱305/2011/EU-CPR法規)將全面取代原來的建筑產品CPD指令(Construction Product Directive簡稱89/106/EEC-CPD指令)，歐盟CPR法規將對CE認證要求更加嚴格。
