EN14308標準范圍
The EN14308 Standard specifies the requirements for factory made rigid polyrethane foam（PUR）and polyisocyanurate foam（PIR）products, with a closed cell content not less than 90%, with or without factings, with are used for the thermal insulation of building equipment and industrial installations,with an operating temperature in the range of approximately -200℃ to +200℃。

EN14308 PUR聚氨酯泡沫CE認證法規及體系
硬質聚氨酯泡沫(PUR)及聚異氰脲酸酯產品(PIR)CE認證根據歐盟建筑產品指令CPD:89/106/EEC，根據EN14308協調標準采用體系1或者3進行測試認證。EN14308歐盟CE認證必須由歐盟委員會認可的具備資質能力的公告號機構(Notified Body)進行測試或認證。
從2013年7月1日起，歐盟頒布的建筑產品CPR法規(Construction Product Regulation簡稱305/2011/EU-CPR法規)將全面取代原來的建筑產品CPD指令(Construction Product Directive簡稱89/106/EEC-CPD指令)，歐盟CPR法規將對PUR聚氨酯泡沫CE認證要求更加嚴格。
