SPC石塑板歐盟CPR CE認(rèn)證怎么做？

EN 14041 SPC地板CE認(rèn)證——適用范圍
This European Standard specifies the essential characteristics for the following types of floor coverings:
— resilient floor coverings, excluding loose-laid mats;
— textile floor coverings, excluding loose-laid (barrier) mats, runners and rugs;
— laminate floor coverings;
— modular multilayer floor coverings.
This standard does not cover installation or maintenance of the floor coverings.
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不包括地板覆蓋物的安裝或維護(hù)。

EN 15102 SPC墻板CE認(rèn)證——適用范圍
This European Standard applies to all forms of wallcovering products in roll and panel form as defined in EN 235 supplied for hanging onto internal walls,partitions or ceilings, by means of an adhesive, whose primary purpose is decorative. However, certain wallcovering products may confer minor sound absorbtion and thermal resistance properties.
It also provides for the evaluation of conformity of products to the requirements of this standard.
It does not apply to wall coverings whose primary purpose is structural or protective (e.g. vapour or moisture barriers).
它不適用于主要用途為結(jié)構(gòu)或保護(hù)（如隔汽或防潮）的墻面覆蓋物。
SPC石塑板CE認(rèn)證的認(rèn)證模式
從2013年7月1日起，歐盟頒布的建筑產(chǎn)品CPR法規(guī)(Construction Product Regulation簡稱305/2011/EU-CPR法規(guī))將全面取代原來的建筑產(chǎn)品CPD指令(Construction Product Directive簡稱89/106/EEC-CPD指令)，歐盟CPR法規(guī)將對CE認(rèn)證要求更加嚴(yán)格。
在CPR法規(guī)的指導(dǎo)下，EN14041和EN15102協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)均采用體系3或體系1進(jìn)行測試認(rèn)證，且必須由歐盟委員會認(rèn)可的具備資質(zhì)能力的歐盟公告號機(jī)構(gòu)(Notified Body)進(jìn)行測試并簽發(fā)證書。
