建材熱值測試的樣品研磨/EN ISO1716制樣

國標GB/T 14402-2007關于樣品的研磨要求是將樣品逐次研磨得到粉末狀的試樣。在研磨的時候不能有熱分解發生。樣品要采用交錯研磨的方式進行研磨。如果樣品不能研磨,則可采用其他方式將樣品制成小顆粒或片材。南京睿督提供EN ISO1716及GB/T 14402熱值測試報告，咨詢電話：025-8658 3475。
對應的歐標EN ISO1716-2018有更新描述，如果勻質材料研磨會分解成不同密度的成分，即0.5g樣品粉末不能代表原始制品的材料組分，則用適當的方式加工縮減樣品，如鋸切成圓片，或用小刀切成小塊。如這也不可加工，則需要制造商提供單一原料進行測試。In the case of homogeneous material which, when ground, clearly separates into components of different density, so that a 0,5 g sample of the product, when taken from the ground powder, is not representative of the original product with respect to the proportion of the materials present, reduce the sample by any appropriate method, e.g. by sawing the sample into thin discs or by cutting it with a knife into small pieces. If this preparation is not possible, testing shall be conducted on the individual ingredients used in the manufacture of that product.
這個條款特別針對近些年出現的復合建材，如各類保溫板，保溫砂漿等。過度的研磨樣品會造成樣品材質中的有機物和無機物分離，往往不能均勻取樣，如果取的有機物偏多則測試熱值偏高，如果取無機物偏多則測試熱值偏低。
