建筑材料BS476-4測試方法
樣品放入測試容器中，熱電偶插入樣品中心并且連接測試設備.此外樣品的熱電偶也放進爐子內（爐內溫度達到750℃，這樣的狀態繼續整個測試-20分鐘，在這個溫度下記錄下兩個熱電偶的相關數據

建筑材料BS476-4測試結果
必需滿足以下條件，才被列為不燃性產品
溫升(爐內的樣品的中心溫度上升) 必須小于 50℃；
整個測試中的出現火焰燃燒的時間必須小于10秒
